The terms you agree to on the shore

1. Who keeps the light

These terms govern your use of redsandlighthouse.com ("Red Sand Lighthouse", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of redsandlighthouse.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age: 19 and over, on every visit

Only users aged 19 or over may climb Red Sand Lighthouse. Using the site confirms you are 19 or over.

3. Play coins

• All games are played with virtual coins that are supplied at no charge.
• Coins in the keeper’s purse are not money, credit or property, and they have no monetary value.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and no in-app purchases exist.
• Prizes with real-world value are never offered.
• Coins, levels and features on the shore may be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. Not a gambling site

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted anywhere on Red Sand Lighthouse, and the site does not link to gambling operators.

5. Keeper’s keys (accounts)

• A free account is required for Trapline Wharf and Red Furrow. Each person may have one account only and may not share it.
• Your password is yours alone; let us know immediately if someone else has used your account.
• Accounts can be deleted at any time from the account page. Deletion is instant and cannot be undone.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the lighthouse or if we believe its holder is under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions stay attached to the account on the shore; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the shore

You must not try to disrupt the site, use automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Keeping the light on, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Law of the province

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and by those federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
