Who keeps the log of your data

Nothing beyond that list is collected. There is no request for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail, because the shore sells nothing. Passwords are saved only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (supplying the account you requested). Delete your account and all of it goes immediately; the button sits on your account page.

Google tags, if you give the signal

If “Accept all” is your choice, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and whether our adverts lead to play, a first spin for example. Google receives your IP address, device information and those events. If “Essential only” is your choice, the tags run in consent mode, setting no cookies and using no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Server logs kept by our host, briefly

Standard request logs are kept by our host for a brief period, for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Lines the keeper never crosses

Payment data is never collected, as there is nothing to buy.
Marketing email reaches you only if you ask the keeper for it.
Nobody can buy or rent your data from the lighthouse.
Gambling operators receive nothing from the lighthouse, and there are no gambling affiliate links.

Rights you hold over the log

At any time you may access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Removing your account on the account page erases its data immediately, and clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of the rest. Complaints may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
